Busy people often wonder how much exercise is really needed to see benefits.

    • Even small amounts of activity are associated with health benefits compared with none
    • Short, intense sessions can improve fitness in less time, but they are demanding
    • Consistency over weeks and months matters more than the perfect session
    • For performance goals, more training is usually needed than for general health

What is the minimum training you can realistically sustain each week?

A simple template for very busy weeks: two short strength sessions and two short aerobic sessions of 20-30 minutes. It is not optimal for performance but keeps fitness and health benefits going.
